摘要
目的 基于中医传承计算平台(V3.5),对李东垣著作中含姜的方剂进行组方规律分析,得出其用姜规律,为姜的临床应用提供参理论考.方法 以"姜"为主题词,搜索《李东垣医学全书》中包含姜的所有方剂,将方剂的信息录入中医传承计算平台(V3.5)建立数据库,并对组方规律进行分析,分析含姜的常用药物组合规则及核心药物组合.结果 含姜的中成药处方共76个,涉及中药171味,主治疾病36种.分别从干姜、生姜、姜制饮片、鲜切姜片、姜的其他特殊用法五个维度进行分析,重点剖析干姜、生姜的组方规律,揭示含李东垣用姜规律和配伍特点.结论 利用该平台从深层次探析李东垣用姜规律,得出相应的核心药物组合与组方规律,可为姜在现代研究和临床实践中的应用提供参考,也为其他药物的研究提供思路借鉴.
Abstract
Objective Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing system(TCMiCS)V3.5,this study aims to analyze the composition patterns of formulas containing ginger in Li Dongyuan's works,and obtain their usage patterns,provi-ding theoretical references for the clinical application of ginger.Methods Using"ginger"as the theme word,all the prescriptions containing ginger were searched in the"Li Dongyuan Medical Complete Book",the information of the prescriptions was entered into TCMiCS,a database was established,and the composition rules,common drug combination rules,and core drug combina-tions containing ginger were analyzed.Results Here were 76 prescriptions of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple prep-arations containing ginger,involving 171 Chinese herbs and 36 kinds of diseases.Analysis from five dimensions:dry ginger,gin-ger,ginger prepared slices,fresh cut ginger slices,and other special uses of ginger,with a focus on analyzing the formula rules of dry ginger and ginger,and revealing the rules and compatibility characteristics of ginger containing Li Dongyuan.Conclusion-Using this platform to deeply explore the rules of Li Dongyuan's use of ginger,and obtain corresponding core drug combinations and prescription rules,can provide reference for the application of ginger in modern research and clinical practice,and also pro-vide ideas for the research of other drugs.
