从"解郁消熵"论治肺结节

文章从熵病理论探析了"解郁消熵"法论治肺结节的临床依据、应用与前景。人体是典型的自组织耗散结构,以负熵为生,熵增至熵病是肺结节发展的基础。郁贯穿肺结节全程,正虚、邪实、情抑均会致七郁。笔者阐释七郁与肺结节熵增至熵病全程的病机联系,围绕郁乃熵增进程,结成为熵病结局,分从气、火、情郁是熵增的始动因素;食、湿郁是熵增的进展因素;痰、瘀郁是熵增至熵病的转变因素三方面详述郁结熵增是肺结节的主要病机。治疗上应以解郁消熵为核心,以郁为本,以熵为枢,运用中医药作为负熵流,以期为临床防治肺结节提供新思路。
Treatment of pulmonary nodules from the perspective of"Relieving Depression and Elim-inating Entropy"
Based on the theory of"Entropic Disease"in Chinese medicine,this article analysed the basis,application,and prospects of treating pulmonary nodules through using the"Relieving Depression and Eliminating Entropy"method.The human body is a typical self-organising dissipative structure which feeds on negentropy,and the entropy increase to entropy disease un-derpined the development of pulmonary nodules.Depression,which could result from a lack of positivity,unfavourable circum-stances and emotional distress,was present throughout the pulmonary nodule process.The author put forward the relationship be-tween the connotation of"Seven Depressions"and the entropy increase to entropy disease of pulmonary nodules.Focusing on the process of entropy increase of depression and the ending of entropy disease,the main mechanism of pulmonary nodules was de-scribed in three aspects:Qi,fire,and emotional depression were the starting factor of entropy increase;food and dampness de-pression were the progressive factors of entropy increase;phlegm and blood depression were the transformation factors of entropy increase to entropy disease.With depression as the foundation and entropy as the central issue,treatments should focus on relie-ving depression and eliminating entropy by employing Traditional Chinese Medicine as a means of facilitate the entropy flux,which could generate fresh approaches to pulmonary nodule clinical management.
