Characterization Analysis of 70 Fresh-processed Traditional Chinese Medicines in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020
Objective To summarize and analyze characteristics of 70 fresh-processed traditional Chinese medicines in the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2020 based on data mining.Methods Statistics on the harvesting seasons,processing parts,treatments,flavours and at-tributes,efficacy categories,usage and dosage of 70 freshly processed traditional Chinese medicines in the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2020.Excel 2016 was used to establish a database for data analysis.Results The 70 kinds of fresh-processed Chinese herbal medicines were mainly harvested in autumn;main stems were the medicinal processing parts;sun-drying method was the main treatment after fresh-processed;fresh-processed Chinese herbal medicines were mostly hard and weak,with cold and warm medicinal properties,and the medicinal flavors were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,and were mostly attributed to the liver,stomach,and spleen meridians,and the efficacy of expelling wind-dampness medicine was the most,and the commonly used amount in the clinic was 9-15 g.Conclusion The characteristics of the 70 kinds of fresh-processed Chinese herbal medicines are clear,and basically conform to the rules of clinical new use of Chinese medicine.It is concluded that the 70 fresh-processed Chinese medicines have clear characteristics and are basically in line with the rules of clinical use of Chinese medicines,with a view to providing data support for the inclusion of freshly cut Chinese medicines,promoting the scientific and innovative process of freshly processed Chinese medicinal materials,and boosting the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine.
