Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Nervous Tinnitus by Yin's Fameng Acupuncture Method Based on the"relationship of meridians and collaterals"
Objective To explore the clinical value of Yin's modified famous acupuncture for neuropathic tinnitus under the guidance of"meridians and collaterals separate"theory.Methods 92 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to their treatment intentions.The control group was given oral Chinese medicine treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment based on the"meridians and collaterals separate"theory.The tinnitus intensity and curative effect evaluation of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the severe degree of tinnitus and curative effect evaluation of the ob-servation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of"meridians and collaterals separate"theory,the clinical effect of Yin's modified famous acupuncture for neuropathic tinnitus is definite,which is worthy of clinical reference.
