摘要
四土汤为国医大师梅国强教授的自拟经验方,由土茯苓、土大黄、土牛膝、土贝母组成,具有清热利湿解毒、活血凉血散结之功.国医大师梅国强教授临床常运用四土汤治疗浸淫疮,其结合学术思想如"注重整体,寒温同用""合用经方,便是新法""注重利湿,灵活权变"等,贯穿治疗病机复杂的浸淫疮,亦拓宽了四土汤的使用.文末结合案例分析,浅析其运用特点,经临床验证,效如桴鼓.
Abstract
Situ Decoction is a self-made empirical prescription of TCM master MEI Guo-qiang.It is composed of Tufuling,Tu-dahuang,Tuniuxi,Tubeimu.It has the functions of clearing heat,removing dampness and detoxification,promoting blood circulation,cooling blood and resolving masses.TCM master MEI often uses"Situ Decoction"in clinical treatment of eczema,which combines aca-demic ideas such as"pay attention to the whole,use cold and warm together","the combination of classical prescriptions is a new meth-od","pay attention to promote dampness,flexible change",etc.It runs through the treatment of eczema with complex pathogenesis,and also broadens the use of Situ Decoction.At the end of the article,combined with case analysis,the characteristics of its application were analyzed,and the clinical verification was effective.
