目的 优化归脾合剂挥发油的包合工艺.方法 以归脾合剂挥发油的包合率、包合物得率和每克包合物中藁本内酯的含量为指标,赋予各指标权重系数,计算综合评分.在单因素的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法进行优化,以β-环糊精与挥发油的质量体积比、β-环糊精与水的质量体积比和研磨时间为考察因素,确定了归脾合剂挥发油胶体磨包合的最佳工艺条件.对挥发油包合物进行影响因素试验,确定生产及储存条件.结果 最佳的包合工艺为β-环糊精与挥发油质量体积比为10:1,β-环糊精与水质量体积比为1:7,研磨时间为40 min.结论 优选的归脾合剂挥发油胶体磨包合效果好,适合大规模工业化生产.
Optimization of Guipi Mixture Volatile Oil Inclusion Process Based on Box-Behnken Re-sponse Surface Method
Objective To optimize the inclusion process of Guipi Mixture volatile oil.Methods Inclusion method of Guipi Mixture vola-tile oil was screened with the yield of inclusion compound,inclusion rate of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin and the content of ligustilide per gram of inclusion compound as indicators,and assigning weight coefficients to each indicator and calculating a comprehensive score.On the basis of single factor test,mass volume ratio of[3-cyclodextrin to volatile oil,mass volume ratio of β-cyclodextrin to water and inclu-sion time as factors,Box-Behnken design-response surface method was used to optimize the technology of Colloid mill inclusion process of Guipi Mixture volatile oil.The influencing factors of volatile oil inclusion compounds were tested,and the production and storage condi-tions were determined.Results The optimum technological conditions was the mass volume ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil was 10:1,β-CD-pure water ratio was 1:7,and the inclusion time was 40 min.Conclusion The inclusion process of Guipi Mixture volatile oil by response surface method is better.The model can be used in industrial production.
