摘要
无症状性弱精子不育症是一类症状、体征表现不明显或无症状、体征的不育症,其发病机制复杂,临床治疗常无症可辨.秦国政教授认为无症状弱精子不育症的核心病机是"脾肾两虚夹瘀",临床治疗当以脾、肾为中心进行论治,以健脾益肾、活血养精为基本治法.治疗中,秦教授善于灵活运用中药药对,如用菟丝子与沙苑子以补肾温阳,枸杞子与熟地黄以滋阴补肾,黄芪与太子参以健脾益气,鸡血藤与益母草以活血养精,在临床上,对该病的辨治经验丰富,见解有独到之处,强调中西融合针对病因,善于辨精用药,重视四因制宜,重视固护脾胃,疗效确切.现对其具体思路做一剖析,以供同道相互借鉴.
Abstract
The declining birth rate is a severe global issue faced universally.Infertility has become a prevalent condition afflicting adult males.Asymptomatic asthenosperm infertility is a kind of infertility with obvious symptoms and signs.Its pathogenesis is complex and clinical treatment is often invisible.Professor QIN Guo-zheng believes that the core pathology lies in"spleen and kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis."In clinical treatment,the focus should be on addressing the spleen and kidneys,employing the fundamental principles of invigorating the spleen,nourishing the kidneys,promoting blood circulation,and nurturing essence.During treatment,Pro-fessor QIN Guo-zheng skillfully applies herbal medicine pairs,such as using Cuscuta and Semen Astragali complanati to tonify the kid-neys and warm yang,Lycium barbarum and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparat to nourish Yin and supplement the kidneys,Astragali Radix and Pseudostellaria heterophylla to invigorate the spleen and reinforce Qi,and Spatholobi Caulis and Leonuri Herba to promote blood cir-culation and stimulate essence.With extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this condition,Professor QIN Guo-zheng's insights are unique,emphasizing the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to address the root causes.He excels in discerning essence for medication and prioritizes individualized treatment based on the specific factors involved.Emphasizing the a-daptability of treatment strategies,he underscores the protection of the spleen and stomach.The efficacy of his approach is evident,pro-viding a valuable perspective for mutual learning among peers.
