近10年慢性肾炎合并脂代谢紊乱的中医药研究进展

摘要
慢性肾炎是由多种原因导致的肾功能不全性疾病,临床发现,本病多伴有脂质代谢紊乱,而脂代谢紊乱又会加重肾炎的发生.该病相当于中医学"肾风""水肿"等范畴,病位在肾,与脾肺肝相关,基本病机为本虚标实,治疗上注重健脾益肾、活血祛湿.中医学注重整体观念和辨证论治,结合望闻问切四诊合参,采用中药内服等治疗方法,临床疗效显著.文章对近10年慢性肾炎合并脂代谢紊乱的中医病因病机、中医药治疗方法以及治疗机制进行总结,以期为中医药治疗本病提供优选思路,进而更好的服务于临床.
Abstract
Chronic nephritis is a disease of renal insufficiency caused by a variety of reasons.Clinical findings show that this disease is often accompanied by lipid metabolism disorders,and lipid metabolism disorders will aggravate the occurrence of nephritis.This disease is equivalent to traditional Chinese medicine"kidney wind","edema"and other categories,the disease is in the kidney,related to the spleen lung liver,the basic pathogenesis is the deficiency standard,the treatment pays attention to spleen-tonifying kidney,activating blood to remove dampness.Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to the whole concept and the treatment of syndrome differentia-tion,combined with the observation,sniffing,questioning and cutting of the four diagnosis,the use of traditional Chinese medicine and other treatment methods,the clinical effect is remarkable.This article will summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic nephritis complicated with lipid metabolism disorder,TCM treatment methods and treatment mechanism in the past 10 years,in order to provide optimal ideas for TCM treatment of this disease,and then better serve the clinic.
