国医大师王晞星基于"虚损瘀毒"治疗视神经脊髓炎的经验

摘要
视神经脊髓炎作为一种罕见的视神经与脊髓脱髓鞘的中枢神经性疾病,其病程反复发作,致残率高,严重影响患者的生活质量.王晞星教授结合多年的临床诊治经验,指出视神经脊髓炎归咎于中医的"暴盲""视瞻昏渺""痿病"等范畴,并指出视神经脊髓炎的核心病机为虚损瘀毒,肝肾亏虚为本,瘀血毒聚为标.治疗应补益肝肾,祛瘀解毒,运用地黄饮子与桃红四物汤加减变化治疗此病.其见解精辟,疗效显著,为临床治疗视神经脊髓炎提供借鉴.并附验案1则,以飨同道.
Abstract
As a rare central nervous system disease with demyelination of the optic nerve and spinal cord,neuromyelitis optica has a recurrent course and a high disability rate,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Based on years of clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment,Professor Wang Xixing pointed out that neuromyelitis optica is attributed to the categories of"blindness","diz-ziness"and"dysentery"in traditional Chinese medicine,and pointed out that the core pathogenesis of neuromyelitis optica is deficiency and stasis,liver and kidney deficiency is the foundation,and blood stasis and poison are the standard.The treatment should nourish the liver and kidneys,dispel stasis and detoxify,and use the addition and subtraction of Rehmannia Drink and Peach Red Siwu Decoction to treat this disease.Its insights are incisive and the curative effect is remarkable,which provides reference for the clinical treatment of neu-romyelitis optica.And attached 1 case to the same way.
