摘要
文章运用取象比类法将线粒体类比中医"脾土"来阐述线粒体中医"脾土象"之机:其一、线粒体之性属中医"脾脏":指出了线粒体具有中医"脏"相似形态与功能合一的特点,实体性结构,藏精气而不泻,满而不能实,且线粒体生成与转化能量性质与脾土主运化,为精气血津液化生之源,支持与推动人体生命活动之性质不谋而合;其二、线粒体之功似"脾土象":线粒体物质能量代谢活动无论是从微观还是整体上都体现着"脾土"的生化承载特性;其三、"中土为枢"是"脾"与线粒体相关之关键机制:"中土为枢",可以提高线粒体氧化磷酸化效率,推动线粒体合成能量,维持细胞生命活动;"中土为枢",可以协调线粒体生物发生及质量控制系统,动态平衡新陈代谢,维持线粒体自身形态数目功能正常."中土为枢",升脾之气可以濡养全身包括线粒体,维持线粒体形态与结构,从而帮助平衡钙离子等物质分布,保持线粒体功能正常.
Abstract
TCM"spleen"belongs to earth in the five elements,mainly transporting,changes and produces."Spleen Soic image"is one of the important contents of the theory of spleen and stomach dirty image in traditional Chinese medicine.Mitochondrial"splenic soil im-age"is the sign that mitochondria and splenic soil have associated and similar properties.In this paper,we use the method of image com-parison to compare mitochondria with"spleen soil"to illustrate the machine of mitochondrial TCM:1,mitochondria belong to TCM"spleen":pointed out that mitochondria have the characteristics of TCM"dirty"similar form and function,Entity structure,storing es-sence instead of excreting foodstuff,Zang-organ being full of essence-Qi but inability to be filled with foodstuff,And mitochondrial generation and transformation energy properties and the main transport of spleen soil,As the source of refined Qi,blood and body fluid,the nature of the support and the promotion of human life activities coincides;2.The work of mitochondria is like"spleen soil image":the energy metabolism activities of mitochondrial substances reflect the biochemical bearing characteristics of"spleen soil"both from the micro level and as a whole;3."Middle soil is the pivot"is the key mechanism related to"spleen"--mitochondria:"Middle soil is the pivot",can improve the efficiency of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation,driving the mitochondrial synthesis of energy,maintain cell life activities;"Middle earth is the pivot",can coordinate the mitochondrial biogenesis and quality control systems,dynamic balance of the metabolism,maintain mitochondria self morphology number function normally."Middle soil is the pivot",the qi of the spleen can nourish the whole body,including mitochondria,and maintain the morphology and structure of mitochondria,thus helping to balance the distribution of calcium ions and other substances,and maintain the normal mitochondrial function.
