基于阳化气,阴成形理论的阳虚血瘀型白癜风的中医论治

摘要
白癜风患者多因禀赋不足,有阳气不振的现象;或因其易感寒邪,而引起阳气耗损;中医理论认为白癜风与肝脾肾三脏不足关系密切,而肾是白癜风的核心病位,阳气虚者也多在肾也.基于"阳化气,阴成形"理论,"阳化气不足"则阳虚不能温煦,精血津液不能正常气化,"阴成形太过"则气血运行迟缓致虚寒内盛,气滞血瘀,肌肤失养,白斑内生,固白癜风患者一般病程长,缠绵难愈,治法上应采用温阳化瘀法达到治疗效果.
Abstract
Due to insufficient endowment,vitiligo patients always has the phenomenon of yang deficiency;or because of its susceptibil-ity to cold,and cause Yang depletion.Traditional Chinese medicine theories suppose that liver,spleen and kidney deficiency have a tightly closed relationship,especially kidney in vitiligo and Yang deficiency of the person is more in the kidney also.Based on the theory of"Yang transform Qi,Yin forms shape".As well as,Yang transform Qi is not enough,the Yang deficiency can not warm,essence,blood and therefor fluid can not be normally tansform Qi.On the oppsite,Yin forms shape too much is the slow operation of Qi and blood to the cold.
