摘要
总结国医大师张志远先生治疗痞满的临证经验.认为痞满常由脾胃功能失调所致,其主要病位在脾胃,与肝肺亦有关.临证常将痞满分为外寒内饮证、痰火食滞证、湿浊中阻证、寒热错杂证、脾胃气虚证.通过研读张老著作发现其常用解表散寒、温化水饮法,化裁小青龙汤治疗外寒内饮之痞满;用泻火消食、降气化痰法,自拟陷胸乘气汤、中焦开枳汤治疗火邪、痰浊、食滞中焦之痞满;用芳香化湿、理气宽中法,自拟芳化理湿汤治疗湿浊中阻之痞满;用寒热并行、辛开苦降法化裁泻心汤类方治疗寒热错杂之痞满;用益气健脾,消痞除满法化裁理中丸治疗脾胃气虚之痞满.并附典型病案,以飨同道.
Abstract
Summarize the clinical experience of Chinese medical master Mr.Zhang Zhiyuan in the treatment of fullness.It is believed that fullness is often caused by the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach,and its main disease is in the spleen and stomach,which is al-so related to the liver and lung.Clinical syndrome usually marks the fullness as external cold and internal drink syndrome,phlegm-fire food stagnation syndrome,dampness-turbidity obstruction syndrome,cold and heat mixed syndrome,spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome.Through the study of Zhang Lao's works,we found that his commonly used methods of dispelling cold,warming water and drinking,Xiaoqinglong decoction was used to treat external cold and internal drink.With the method of eliminating fire and eating,re-ducing qi and resolving phlegm,the author prepared the decoction of Qi and Zhongjiao Kai Zhi Decoction to treat fire evil,phlegm turbid-ity,food stagnation and middle-jiao ruffiness;With the method of aromatizing dampness and regulating Qi-kuan Zhong,the author prepared Fanghualidampness Decoction to treat the blockage of dampness turbidity.Huaxexixin decoction was used to treat cold and heat mixed with ruffiness and fullness.Invigorating Qi and invigorating spleen,eliminating ruffian and Manchu,Huafailizhong pills are used to treat the fullness of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency.Typical medical records are attached for your pleasure.
