雷诺综合征常见的症状是四肢末端的发白、紫绀、潮红等,其病因为末端小动脉的痉挛,因其表现主要以寒性为主,故多以温阳散寒等论治.国医大师唐祖宣认为络脉失常是其发病的关键,各种原因导致络脉的气络不畅、血络不通使机体功能失调而出现的一系列症状.故以"络"论治,补虚祛邪,通其血络、畅其气络,恢复机体正常生理功能.

The common symptoms of Raynaud's syndrome are the extremities of the end of the white,cyanosis,flushing,etc.,the dis-ease because of the spasm of the end of the small arteries,because its manifestations are mainly cold,so more to warm Yang cold treat-ment.Tang Zuxuan,a master of Chinese medicine,believes that the key to the disease is the vascular disorder,which is a series of symptoms caused by the obstruction of Qi collaterals and blood collaterals.Therefore,the"collaterals"theory of treatment,tonifying de-ficiency to dispel evil,through its blood collaterals,smooth its Qi collaterals,restore the normal physiological function of the body.
