摘要
总结李广文教授治疗高龄女性子宫腺肌病不孕的临证经验.子宫腺肌病是导致女性不孕的常见原因之一,随着二胎、三胎政策的放开,高龄女性子宫腺肌病不孕问题更加突出.李广文教授系全国名老中医,擅长中医药治疗不孕症,认为高龄女性子宫腺肌病不孕的病因病机主要责之肾肝脾三脏,治疗重在调理肾肝脾,活血化瘀助孕,同时注重心理调摄和固护脾胃,疗效显著.
Abstract
To summarize professor Li Guangwen's clinical experience in treating Adenomyosis infertility in elderly women.Adenomyosis is a common cause of female infertility,with the two-child,three-child policy,the problem of Adenomyosis older women more promi-nent.Professor Li Guangwen is a well-known Chinese medicine doctor in China.He is good at treating infertility with traditional Chinese medicine.He believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of Adenomyosis infertility in elderly women are mainly due to the kidney,liver and spleen.The treatment should focus on regulating the kidney,liver and spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to aid pregnancy,at the same time,pay attention to psychological regulation and strengthen the spleen and stomach,the effect is remark-able.
