Abstract
Listening plays an important role in English learning. It can not only train students' English sense, but practice spoken English, accumulate and use English vocabulary and grammar, thereby accelerating and learning English will help us improve our English learning . However, the importance of English listening learning is easily overlooked by the learners and been received enough attention. This article expounds the importance of college English listening, analyzes the role of English listening, and explores the methods of college English listening training. It aims to help learners learn Englishas well as improve their English learning.
