Application of Immediate Problem Guidance in Pre-service Mathematics Teacher Training:Based on Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)
It is a challenge for pre-service teachers to organize fruitful mathematics teaching discussion activities in training courses with limited time,but the guidance in teaching rehearsal is conducive to the development of this kind of pre-service teachers'teaching practice.Under the guidance of Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),this paper puts forward that it has the significance of strengthening participation,reflection and cooperation in the teaching practice of mathematics teachers,and constructs the guidance path of mathematics training through"skillfully setting questions,using responses and developing questions",and explores the effectiveness of instant coaching from the aspects of"learning-based,paying attention to communication,actively transforming and integrating development"to realize the core of mathematics discipline.
