劳动教育作为高职院校培育职业人才的教育环节,将其置于产教融合视域下研究是职业教育发展的趋势所致,也是劳动教育服务高职院校人才培养的情理所在.产教融合视域下高职院校劳动教育的目标指向推动产业升级转型的进程、提升劳动教育与职业教育的适应性、培育高技术技能型的职业人才三个维度,其内容主要包括普通劳动教育、专业生产劳动、"三劳"精神、劳动法律、劳动文化五个方面.高职院校劳动教育的开展需要通过构建劳动教育学习领域课程模式、打造"双师型专职+企业型兼职"的师资队伍、搭建校企合作的产教融合型劳动实践基地、营造"职业性+劳动性"的文化氛围、建立校企命运共同体的评价体系五个路径而实现.
As an educational system for cultivating vocational talents in vocational colleges,the study of labor education from the perspective of integration of industry and education is the trend of vocational ed-ucation development,and it is also the reason why labor education serves the talent cultivation in vocation-al colleges.The goal of labor education in vocational colleges from the perspective of integration of indus-try and education is to promote the process of industrial upgrading and transformation,enhance the adapt-ability of labor education and vocational education,and cultivate high-tech and skilled vocational talents.Its content mainly includes five aspects:general labor education,professional production labor,the spirit of"three labor",labor law,and labor culture.The implementation of labor education in vocational colleges needs to be achieved through five paths:constructing a curriculum model in the field of labor education learning,creating a teaching team of"dual teacher full-time+enterprise part-time",building a production e-ducation integration labor practice base for school enterprise cooperation,creating a cultural atmosphere of"professionalism+labor",and establishing an evaluation system for a school enterprise community with a shared future.
