The country prospers when the countryside prospers,and the long-term mechanism of Party building leading rural governance effectively ensures the orderly development of rural governance modern-ization.The internal logic of rural governance lies in the core guidance of party building,pluralistic coordi-nation and co-governance,the concept of"people first",and the formation of a practical operating mecha-nism for coordinating career construction,mobilizing the participation of social subjects,gathering pluralistic co-governance forces,and implementing the responsibilities of governance subjects.However,it should be noted that there are still some problems in the operation of the governance mechanism,such as the ability of rural party organizations to promote the construction of grassroots undertakings needs to be enhanced,the initiative of multiple subjects to participate in governance is low,the dispersion phe-nomenon among multiple subjects is obvious,and the responsibility of some subjects is not fully imple-mented.To this end,the"four-dimensional"optimization dimension is proposed:enhance the ability of rural party organizations to lead the development of grassroots undertakings,stimulate the power and vitality of multiple subjects to participate in governance,build a collaborative governance community with"govern-ment-social"integration,effectively strengthen the implementation of the responsibilities of governance sub-jects,and jointly promote the high-quality promotion of rural governance.
