课程思政视域下高校民事模拟法庭教学的检视与优化

摘要
民事模拟法庭教学作为课程思政建设的重要阵地,具有培养学生专业技能和立德树人的双重功能.当前高校民事模拟法庭教学中存在教学环节有缺漏、案例选取欠妥与模拟庭审表演化等问题,制约着民事模拟法庭教学应有功能的充分发挥.鉴于此,应立足课程思政建设背景,在对民事模拟法庭教学目标进行重新解读的基础上,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,通过完善模拟法庭教学环节、优化模拟法庭案例选取与增强模拟庭审实战性等多角度着力,破解当前民事模拟法庭教学的困境,实现"德法兼修"教育本旨.
Abstract
The civil moot court instruction,as a significant role in the development of the curriculum's thinking and politics,serves the dual purposes of developing students'professional skills and moral character.There are issues with the current civil moot court teaching in universities,including a lack of teaching connections,the selection of cases that are inappropriate,and the conduct of mock court trials,which limit the full play of the civil moot court teaching's rightful function.In light of this,the current challenges of civil moot court teaching should be addressed using the historical context of the Civic Politics curriculum,a reinterpretation of the objectives of civil moot court teaching,and the theory of socialist thought with Chinese Features.
