Review and Optimization of Civil Moot Court Teaching in Universities under the Perspective of Course Ideology and Politics
The civil moot court instruction,as a significant role in the development of the curriculum's thinking and politics, serves the dual purposes of developing students'professional skills and moral character. There are issues with the current civil moot court teaching in universities, including a lack of teaching connections, the selection of cases that are inappropriate, and the conduct of mock court trials, which limit the full play of the civil moot court teaching's rightful function. In light of this, the current challenges of civil moot court teaching should be addressed using the historical context of the Civic Politics curriculum,a reinterpretation of the objectives of civil moot court teaching, and the theory of socialist thought with Chinese Features.
