Youth Personality Shaping in Physical Education under the Background of Happy Sports
Young people are the future of the country and the nation,and the healthy development of young people's body and mind has been widely concerned by the society.Due to the influence of external environment,the lack of self-regulation ability of adolescents and the absence of school,teachers and family guidance,the physical and mental health problems of adolescents in China are becoming increasingly prominent.The concept of happy sports starts from the vision of"laying the foundation for students'healthy and happy life"to cultivate young people's perseverance and positive will quality,and to help young people establish honest,kind and beautiful life pursuit and to promote collectivism and dedication among young people.Under the background of the concept of happy sports,it is necessary to carry out aesthetic education in the happy classroom and cultivate the personality of young people.It is necessary to enhance emotional intelligence and perfect adolescent personality in happiness exercise.It is necessary to inherit the sports spirit in the happy experience and temper the youth personality.
