Taking Tongling City of Anhui Province as an example,this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode,analyzes the existing problems of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode,probes into the path and strategy of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode,and looks forward to the expected results of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode.This research will effectively promote the cultivation of talents in school-enterprise cooperation,and will also effectively promote the development of city-wide industry-ed-ucation consortia,so as to train more craftsmen and high-skilled talents from large countries for the trans-formation,upgrading and innovative development of local industries.
