Research on the Electronic Evidence Collection and Review Rules for New Cybercrime Cases
New types of cybercrime are becoming increasingly serious,and electronic evidence plays a vi-tal role in combating cybercrime.Studying the rules for the collection and review of electronic evidence in new cybercrime cases is not only rich in theoretical value,but also has strong practical significance.This arti-cle combines the current common problems in handling new cybercrime cases,selects some typical actual cas-es and practices,and attempts to put forward relevant feasible suggestions on the collection,review and use of electronic evidence for reference by the judicial practice community and the legal theoretical community.
