县域非物质文化遗产传承保护中存在的问题及其对策研究——基于安徽省当涂县非遗保护工作调研

摘要
当前非物质文化遗产的抢救性发掘、保护、传承尤为急迫.这项工作虽然是保护传承优秀传统文化的基础性工作,但是对于传承民族文化、增强文化自信、提高文化软实力具有重要的现实意义.以安徽省当涂县发掘、保护与传承非物质文化遗产的实践为切入点,剖析当前基层非遗发掘保护工作存在的不足和难点,并针对性提出改进非遗文化传承保护的策略与路径,以期对探索当前基层非遗文化的传承与保护有参考与借鉴意义.
Abstract
This paper investigates the issues surrounding the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)in county areas,with a focus on the practices in Dangtu County,Anhui Province.By conducting field surveys and interviews,the study identifies various challenges facing the preservation and transmission of ICH,such as inadequate funding,insufficient attention from the government,and the impact of modernization and urbanization.Furthermore,the paper proposes corresponding strategies and measures to address these challenges,including strengthening financial support,enhancing policy support,promoting public awareness,and integrating traditional culture into local development planning.The research aims to provide valuable insights and practical guidance for improving the protection and inheritance of ICH in county areas,particularly in Dangtu County and similar regions.
