摘要
学报编辑对高校学报质量具有举足轻重的作用.为了提高学报出版质量,编辑人员只有在工作中加强自身政治思想素养、道德品格素养、责任意识素养、业务能力素养和学习进取素养等,才能更好地适应编辑出版工作的时代要求,编校出高质量的学术刊物,为社会和人们提供优质的精神食粮.
Abstract
Journal editors play a crucial role in the quality of university journals.To improve the qual-ity of journals,editors must strengthen their political and ideological literacy,professional competence,sense of responsibility,moral character,as well as learning and enterprising qualities in their work,in order to better adapt to the requirements of the editing and publishing professional era,edit high-quality academic journals,and provide high-quality spiritual food for society and people.
