Construction of the Digital Teaching Ability Evaluation System for College Physical Education Teachers
The rapid development of digital technology has brought profound changes to various indus-tries,including the education sector.College physical education,as an important part of cultivating students'physical fitness and comprehensive development,also needs to adapt to the digital wave and continuously improve the digital teaching ability of teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to build a scientific and reasonable digital teaching ability evaluation system to guide college physical education teachers to better adapt to the teaching needs of the digital era.Using literature review,Delphi method,Analytic Hierarchy Process,math-ematical statistics,etc.,data analysis is conducted on the mean,standard deviation,coefficient of variation,F-test,t-test,etc.of each level of indicator,and then the weights of each level of indicator are deter-mined.Exploring the construction of a digital teaching ability evaluation system for college physical educa-tion teachers,including 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 36 tertiary indicators.Among the primary indicators,professional ethics is the most important.It is hoped that through the construction and weight determination of this indicator system,reference basis can be provided for the evaluation of digital teaching ability of college physical education teachers.
