Exploring the Path of Social Work Intervention in Rural Resettlement Community Empowerment
Rural resettlement communities are an important project in China's modern urbanization construction,aimed at solving the survival and development problems of farmers in urban construction.In order to better build harmonious communities and promote urbanization,the government continuously en-courages social organizations to participate in community development and construction,leverage the role of third-party forces such as social organizations,social workers,and communities,integrate community re-sources,carry out community building,and participate in the development of resettlement communities.The author utilizes the principle and strategy of asset based community development:focusing on internal resources,mobilizing resident subjectivity,and promoting relationships,to gradually cultivate resident com-munity participation awareness,study the key and difficult points of community construction in resettlement communities,and explore the action path of community social work intervention in community empower-ment,in order to find a sustainable and operational path for community empowerment from point to sur-face.
