The Effect of Resource Input on the Training Results of Full-time Master of Education:Analysis of Mediating Effect Based on Teaching Practice Ability Cultivation
Based on the input-output model,a structural equation model was constructed through a questionnaire survey to explore the influence mechanism of in-school resource input on the cultivation of teaching practice ability and the evaluation of training results for full-time master's students.It is found that the internal resources have a significant positive impact on the evaluation of the training results of master of education,while the external resources have no significant impact.At the same time,both inside and outside the school resources have a positive impact on the training of teaching practice ability of master of education.Further analysis of the intermediary effect shows that the input of school resources can significantly affect the evaluation of the results of master of education by improving their teaching practice ability.Therefore,it is suggested that the training process of master of education should optimize the allocation of internal resources,pay attention to the integration and utilization of external resources and the cultivation of teaching practice ability,and establish a comprehensive evaluation system.
