Optimization of the Governance Path of Rural Living Environment:Taking H City in Northern Anhui as an Example
Absrtact:Improving the rural human settlement environment is a very important way to innovate ru-ral governance system and promote the Rural Revitalization.In northern Anhui Province,the administration of rural human settlement environment has been emphasized and has got some achievements with the sup-port of local government.The second round work is underway to improve rural human settlement envi-ronment.Investigation from H city located in northern Anhui province proved that the main issues are as follows:single governance subject,single fund resource,less supervision and insufficient propaganda.In order to promote the effectiveness of rural human settlement environment administration,efforts should be made by exploring attracting multiple participation,increasing capital investment,improving long-term mechanism and strengthening publicity and education.
