党的二十大报告将教育、科技、人才一体化部署,而作为高等教育重要组成部分的成人高等教育理应肩负着重要的使命任务。当前,学界对于成人高等教育在线教学的理论依据、现实境遇以及应对策略存在认识不全、理解不深、方向不明等问题。从多个维度解读成人高等教育在线教学的理论依据,从教学内容、教学方式、教学场景等方面分析成人高等教育在线教学的现实境遇,并依托分类思维、系统思维、迭代思维提出推动成人高等教育在线教学高质量发展策略。
Research on the Theoretical Basis,Realistic Situation and Coping Strategies of Online Teaching in Adult Higher Education
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time integrates education,science and technology and talents,and adult higher education,as an important part of higher education,shoulders an important mission and task.At present,there are some problems in the academic circle,such as incomplete understanding of the theoretical basis,realistic situation and coping strategy of online teaching of adult higher education.This paper interprets the theoretical basis of online teaching of adult higher education from multiple dimensions,analyzes the actual situation of online teaching of adult higher education from the aspects of teaching content,teaching method and teaching scene,and puts forward strategies to promote the high-quality development of online teaching of adult higher educa-tion by relying on classified thinking,systematic thinking and iterative thinking.
