A survey on the structure and current situation of the curriculum creation ability of kindergarten teachers
Kindergarten-based curriculum creation ability is a key indicator of preschool teachers'profes-sional quality. This study explores the structure, levels, and differences in preschool teachers'creative abilities related to curriculum development through interviews and questionnaires involving 400 teachers. The find-ings reveal that the creative ability encompasses six dimensions:observation and recording, learning and ap-plication,resource integration and utilization, cooperation and communication, evaluation and reflection,as well as innovation and adaptability.Overall,Shenyang's kindergarten teachers demonstrate good curriculum creation abilities;however, significant differences exist based on teaching experience, positions held, and kindergarten levels.Based on these results, several recommendations are made:prioritize system construction to establish a comprehensive support mechanism for curriculum creation;foster a garden-based culture that encourages equal collaboration;empower teachers by enhancing their autonomy in participating in curricu-lum development.
