Research on the Path of"One-Stop"Student Community Quality and Efficiency Education in Engineering Colleges
The construction of a"one-stop"student community education serves as a pivotal project in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering moral character and delivering precise ideological and political ed-ucation.It is also an important measure to innovate the personalized talent training mode in colleges and college and optimize the quality of education.Taking the practice of"one-stop"student community educa-tion in Guangxi engineering colleges as an example,the basic situation of"one-stop"student community education was sorted out by questionnaire survey,practical research and other research methods.Given the major issues and causes,including the imbalance between'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor'education(five education),the limited collaborative momentum of multiple subjects,and the insufficient at-tention to student subjectivity and personalized development,this paper proposes the following:build an e-ducational practice base,create an educational environment,and focus on the integration of"five educa-tions"and education;peer support and guidance,cultivate students'self-education ability,and strengthen self-development;the secondary college plays a leading role,forging a high-quality education team,and sta-tioning in the front line of the student community;use digital technology to empower community con-struction,highlight the characteristics of engineering,and enhance the educational heritage of schools;im-prove the assessment of the quality of community education,generate a tracking and feedback mechanism,improve the quality of education,and other paths,solve the dilemma of"one-stop"student community ed-ucation,and provide reference and reference for promoting high-quality education and deepening the ef-fectiveness of ideological and political education.
