TPB视角下劳动教育对大学生劳动意向的影响研究——以宿州学院为例

以计划行为理论为指导框架,引入劳动教育变量,构建了劳动教育对大学生劳动意向的影响模型。选择宿州学院在校大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集数据,并运用结构方程模型探索验证了行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制以及劳动教育等四个解释变量对大学生劳动意向的影响效应。研究结果表明:行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制以及劳动教育均显著正向影响大学生劳动意向,且劳动教育对劳动意向的影响最大;行为态度受到主观规范和劳动教育的双重影响;劳动教育对主观规范和感知行为控制均存在显著正向影响。
Research on the Influence of Labor Education on Students'Labor Intention in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of TPB:a Case Study of Suzhou University
Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper introduces the variables of labor educa-tion,and constructs the impact model of labor education on college students'labor intention.Select the students of Suzhou University as the research object,collect data through questionnaire survey,and use structural equation model to explore and verify the effect of four explanatory variables,including behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control,and labor education,on college students'labor inten-tion.The results show that behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control and labor educa-tion have a significant positive impact on college students'labor intention,and labor education has the greatest impact on labor intention;Behavior and attitude are influenced by subjective norms and labor edu-cation;labor education has a significant positive impact on subjective norms and perceived behavior control.
