An Empirical Study on the Sense of Life Meaning among Normal Students:Based on Questionnaires of 1382 Normal Students from Longnan Normal University
To understand the Sense of Life Meaning status and its influencing factors of normal stu-dents.The paper is based on Life Meaning Questionnaire compiled by Steger and revised by Wang Mengcheng et al,as well as a self-designed questionnaire,which investigated 1382 normal students from freshman of Longnan Normal University.The results show that the overall sense of meaning in life among normal university students is above average.The level of life meaning is significantly affected by gender,place of origin,class performance ranking,interpersonal relationships,professional satisfaction,and parenting style.Therefore,Educators should focus on enhancing the sense of meaning in life of normal students by starting from their own internal and external environmental factors.
