Research on the Current Situation of Education Supply and Demand of Development-Promoting Subsidization in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Supply-Side Structural Reform
The development-promoting subsidization in the new era has become an inevitable trend in the funding and education work of vocational colleges.Research and analysis of the current supply and de-mand situation of development-promoting subsidization in vocational colleges can provide a basis for the further development.This article conducts a survey and analysis of the assisted college students and funding staff in four vocational colleges in the central Jiangsu region through questionnaires and interviews.The re-sults show that there is a certain gap between the supply side and the demand side in terms of the main body,content,and form of funding and education work.Specifically,this is reflected in the weak strength of the funding team and the diverse needs of students,the broad and precise supply content,and the modernization of traditional supply methods and student needs.In response to the above questions,promot-ing collaborative education and enhancing educational skills,strengthening the connection between supply and demand and providing precise supply content,expanding supply channels and enriching supply methods are suggested.
