A Study on the Relationship between Positive Mental Characters and Mental Health of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era
This study explores the relationship between positive mental quality and mental health of higher vocational college students in the new era through a questionnaire survey.The results show that the positive psychological quality is positively correlated with life satisfaction and positive emotion,but negative-ly correlated with depression,anxiety and stress.Positive psychological quality has a positive predictive effect on life satisfaction and positive emotion,and a negative predictive effect on depression,anxiety and stress.The predictive effect of transcendental dimension and affective dimension is the strongest.Schools should carry out positive mental health education based on students,and improve the school,family and social co-ordination education mechanism,to achieve a two-way promotion of practicing socialist core values educa-tion and cultivating positive psychological quality,and lay the foundation for building self-esteem,self-con-fidence,rational peace,and positive social mentality.
