Study on the Realization Path of Urban Owners'Committee Supervision
Oversight is an important pillar of modern democracy,and highly complex and mega-scale urban governance creates the need to oversee the effectiveness of owners'committee in governance.The extent to which oversight is realised depends on institutional interaction,convergence of will and technolog-ical empowerment,which change throughout the oversight process.The combination of formal and informal institutions provides the decisive basis for monitoring,the convergence of public will and the concentration of willingness to monitor are the dynamic variables of monitoring,and digital technology increases the ca-pacity for monitoring through the provision of new public spaces,information gathering and knowledge supply,thus achieving lasting and stable monitoring of owners'committee.
