The Research on the Problems and Reform Strategies of the Primary School Teachers Education:Taking the Teaching Reform of Jiaying University Meizhou Normal College as an Example
Through the investigation of the cultivation of the primary school teachers in our school,the results show that the current teaching model faces some problems such as neglecting the cultivation of professional identity among normal students,lack of connection between theoretical knowledge and practical training,lack of linkage both inside and outside the university,lack of collaborative education mechanism,etc.Basing on the four standards of professional competence of primary school teachers including ability to practice teacher ethics,practical teaching ability,comprehensive education ability and self-development abili-ty,four countermeasures are put forward as follows:clarifying curriculum values and setting up a reasonable curriculum system for cultivating primary school teachers;guiding teaching with a practical orientation,inte-grating subject education with teacher education;integrate resources related to universities and primary schools,and achieve linkage between internal and external resources;building a community of practice,tru-ly integrating learning and practice.
