Research on Development Strategies for Radio Stations in the Converged Media Era:a Case Study of Suzhou Traffic Radio
The radio station industry is currently facing the dual challenges of resource scarcity and market competition.Institutional mechanisms and talent loss have constrained the development of the radio station industry,and the slow pace of technological innovation and media convergence has exacerbated these difficulties.By analyzing the current challenges faced by the radio station industry,this paper proposes strate-gic recommendations to promote industry development.Four measures are suggested:enhancing human re-source development,improving the market system based on market demand,implementing cross-media de-velopment strategies,and promoting technological innovation and media convergence.These strategies can help radio stations maintain vitality in a diversified competitive environment and sustain their core competi-tiveness in the converged media era.
