摘要
针对某型钛合金航空零件,通过切削实验,研究了刀具螺旋角、切削速度和每齿进给量对零件表面粗糙度的影响,在此基础上,为零件的切削加工选择了较为合理的刀具和切削参量,获得了合格的加工质量和较好的经济效益。
Abstract
For a certain type of titanium aerospace part,we study the impact on the surface roughness with the tool helix angle,cutting speed and feed per tooth through cutting experiments.On this basis,a more reasonable cutting tool is chosen together with the reasonable cutting parameters to obtain a qualified processing quality and better economic benefit.
