离心泵钣金支架结构动态分析与改进

离心泵的钣金支架是安装在泵上用于固定增压器的关键部件,其动态特性对泵和增压器的工作性能有重大影响。将有限元模态分析和测试引入支架的结构动态特性分析,通过对支架结构的模态计算和测试发现结构设计的不合理之处,在此基础上进行改进设计,并通过有限元模态计算和测试进一步验证支架改进设计的合理性。
The Dynamic Analysis and Improvement on the Sheet Metal Bracket of a Centrifugal Pump
The sheet metal bracket is a key components that connect and fix the centrifugal pump and the intensifier.The mode of the sheet metal bracket greatly influnce the normal running pump and intensifier.In this paper,we bring FEA mode analysis and mode test to the dynamic analysis of the bracket's mode character,to find the unreasonable structure design.The sheet metal bracket design is revised based on the analysis and the structure mode of new design is verified again by the FEA and mode test.
