The Dynamic Analysis and Improvement on the Sheet Metal Bracket of a Centrifugal Pump
The sheet metal bracket is a key components that connect and fix the centrifugal pump and the intensifier.The mode of the sheet metal bracket greatly influnce the normal running pump and intensifier.In this paper,we bring FEA mode analysis and mode test to the dynamic analysis of the bracket＇s mode character,to find the unreasonable structure design.The sheet metal bracket design is revised based on the analysis and the structure mode of new design is verified again by the FEA and mode test.
