摘要
因输入阻抗高、开关速度快、热稳定性好等一系列优点,IGBT在电机控制、逆变器、UPS等系统中有着广泛的应用。随着IGBT功率的增加,对其门极驱动电路的性能要求也日益增加。基于英飞凌公司的新型IGBT驱动芯片1ED020I12FTA设计了完整的IGBT门极驱动电路,经过实验验证,系统运行稳定可靠。
Abstract
Because of the high-input impedance,fast switch speed and heat stabilization,IGBT has been widely used in motor-control,inverter,UPS and other systems.With the increase power of IGBT,the performance of related driver circuit should be improved.In this paper,a entire IGBT driver based on the IED020I12FTA coming from Infineon has been designed.And after experiment,the driver circuit is proved to be good performance.
