铸铝合金A356.0在浮动密封圈应用中的疲劳性能研究

摘要
运用试验与有限元结合的方法,通过对实际零件浮动密封圈组件样品的疲劳测试,利用威布尔分布处理试验样本寿命,同时利用有限元模型求解出疲劳载荷下的结构应力变化,在Goodman疲劳图谱中将试验寿命和有限元交变应力进行整合,最终得到铸铝合金A356.0在特定结构浮动密封圈应用中的疲劳曲线。该疲劳曲线对浮动密封圈中铸铝合金A356.0制造的零件的可靠性设计和寿命评估具有重要的工程意义。
Abstract
The methodology of this composition is the combination between experiment and finite analysis. Fatigue test has been done with the real parts. The test result of fatigue cycles are analyzed by WeibuU distribution. Finite analysis helps to know the stress level under the fatigue load in test. With the help of Goodman theory, combination between the fatigue test and finite analysis is done. Eventually, S-N curve of aluminum ally A356.0 in floating seal application is given.
