针对现有的短路接地线在超高压电线上使用时所存在的弊端,设计了一种基于齿轮副一螺旋副一杠杆三重增力的新型短路接地线夹紧机构,可通过内置电机及遥控操作实现线夹的夹紧与松放,还可在失控时进行手动松放。通过力分析导出了电机输出转矩的计算公式及值。该机构具有夹紧力大、效率高、安全可靠的优点,具有良好的应用前景。
A New Type of Motor-Driven Grounding Clamp for EHV Transmission Lines
According to the defect of current grounding clamp for extra high voltage (EHV) transmission lines, a new type of grounding clamp based on gear pair-screw pair-lever three classes force amplifier is introduced, which can clamp and loose by a inner-motor through remote control and can loose by manual operation when it is out of control. The output torque formula of motor and its value are worked out by force analysis. This grounding clamp has the ad- vantages of large clamping force, high efficiency and security, and has a good application prospect.
