摘要
针对目前传统电动四轮割草机制动机构存在成本高、可靠性差、结构复杂、装配效率低等问题,研究设计出一种不需独立制动机构即可将制动时间控制在3s内的刀片制动机构。最终实现了降低产品成本、提高产品竞争力及市场满意度的目的。
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of high cost, poor reliability, complicated structure and low-efficiency assembly of the traditional four-wheel electric mower braking mechanism, we designed a new kind of blade braking mechanism which can brake within the 3s without independent mechanism. It can reduce the cost of product and improve product competitiveness and market satisfaction.
