摘要
不同环境和不同客户对定义功能的特殊要求导致了电梯电气功能的复杂性和多样性。为了对电梯电气功能进行验证,需要一个扩展性和适应性好、占地又不能太大的运行测试平台。为此构建了小型化的模拟电梯机械运行系统,并融合了电梯运行仿真技术,比较真实地实现了电梯的虚拟运行。该系统可以用于第三方产品的功能验证、客户定制功能的验证、运行故障的原因分析以及电梯维护工程师的培训。
Abstract
Special requires from different environments and customers result in complex and variety ol elevator elec- tric function. In order to verify these functions, there is a demand of an elevator running test platform which should have a characteristic of high expansibility, well applicability and small footprint. Combining elevator running emula- tion technology, and basing on miniature elevator running simulator, elevator simulative running is hence implemen- ted. This system enables functional verification of other product and customized solution, as well as for elevator run- ning trouble analysis and elevator maintenance training.
