基于DSP和VC++的PMSM上位机控制系统的设计

基于自行搭建的PMSM交流伺服系统,综合运用TI公司TMS320F2812芯片和VC++6.0编写完成上位机控制系统,实现了对三相永磁同步伺服电机的上位控制。通过编写完成的上位机界面可准确设置电机的转向、转速和转动角度,最终实现负载的精确定位。采用PC+DSP组成的伺服系统,串行通信简单稳定可靠,系统调速范围宽,可扩展性强。
Design of the PMSM Servo Upper Controller System Based on DSP and VC + +
The design is based on PMSM servo system, TI company's TMS320F2812 chip and VC ++ 6.0. The upper control software and the PC interface is given by using VC + + 6.0 for three-phase permanent synchronous servo motor. The motor speed, steering and rotation angle can be controlled accurately by using computer interface to realize the load locating. The servo system of PC + DSP has some superiorities such as simpleness and stabilzation of serial communication, wide range of speed regulation, strong extensibility.
