摘要

针对由继电器和温控仪表所构成的汽车刹车片静电喷涂生产线控制系统存在辅助电路复杂、故障率高和维修麻烦的问题,采用PLC、触摸屏、温度控制模块和模拟量输出模块等主要元件设计了新的控制系统。它以台达DVP-40ES2型PLC为核心进行逻辑控制和数据传输,特别是增加了根据加热区的温度变化适时改变生产线传输快慢的功能,从而提高了喷涂质量。经调试,该系统各项功能和质量指标都达到了设计要求,已投入运行。运行结果表明,它符合企业的需求,具有安全可靠、界面美观、操作简便、运行高效的优点,值得推广应用。

Abstract

The static spraying control system of brake block composed of temperature-controlled instrument and relay existed several problems, such as the complex peripheral circuit, high failure rate and inconvenient repairment. The control system of the design adopted PLC, touch screen, temperature-controlled module and D/A output module as the primary element. DVP-40ES2 PLC worked as its hardcore was responsible for logic control and data transmission. The main features of the system was that it could make sure the slowdown of the line transportation as the temperature fell below the lower limit, so it could improved the quality of spraying. The functionality and quality indicators of the system could already reach the design requirements after the debugging, and the system had been put into operation. The spot operation had came out to conclude the system could meet the company's needs, because its running was stable, the operation was efficient, and its interface was beautiful. So the equipment was worth to popularize and apply.
