基于均匀设计试验方案的平缝作业下缝纫线用量的估算

摘要
缝纫线耗用量是企业计算服装生产成本的重要因素,降低其用量可为企业节约库存面积、降低库存压力,精确、快速地估算缝纫线的用量成为当务之急。运用均匀设计法设计试验方案,对平缝作业下缝纫线用量的试验结果进行回归分析,得到缝纫线耗用比与缝料厚度和线迹密度的关系式。与其他文献提供的计算式相比,得出的计算公式计算相对简单,而预测的精度却更高,更加适合服装企业的生产应用。
Abstract
It is urgent to calculate quickly and accurately the consumption quantity of sewing thread as it is an important part of counting up production cost and reducing inventory pressure. The study is made with uniform design test. The regression analysis of the test result of sewing thread quantity of plain seam results in the relational expression of sewing thread consumption quantity and sewing fabric thickness and stitch density. Compared with other relational expressions ,the relation in this study is much simpler and more accurate.
