在无线生物电子植入领域和传感器网络系统中,ASK(幅移键控)是调制基带信号最普遍使用的方法之一。提出了一种用于伪随机序列解调的新方法,其结构由ASK解调器和整流器组成。此ASK解调器采用迟滞比较器,不包含电容,因此减小了芯片面积。该电路采用0.13μm CMOS工艺,在1.2V电压下进行仿真。从仿真结果可以看出,该电路很好地实现了伪随机信号的解调。
A Design of ASK Demodulator for the Pseudo Random Sequence
In the fields of wireless bioelectronics implants and sensor network systems, amplitude shift keying (ASK) is one of the most commonly used methods to modulate the baseband signal. We present a novel approach to pseudo random sequence which consists of an ASK demodulator and a rectifier. A hysteresis comparator is used in the C-less( without capacitor) ASK demodulator, the area of the chip is then reduced. The design has been implemented in an 0. 13μm CMOS process with VDD = 1.2V. Analytic results from simulation show that the proposed circuit can demodulate the pseudo random signal well.
