介绍了PACS的现状,说明了升级PACS并整合到HIS的意义和总体要求,阐述了采用接口、数据库中间表、中间件和基于IHE技术框架的HL7/DICOM标准四种整合方式的特点,最后选用基于IHE技术框架的HL7/DICOM标准作为升级PACS并整合到HIS的策略。
Abstract
We introduce the present state of PACS, then illustrate the significance and general requirement of updating PACS and integrating PACS into HIS. We elaborate the characteristics of four integration methods in terms of using the interface, database table, middleware and criterion of HL7/DICOM based on IHE technology. Finally, we choose the criterion of HL7/DICOM based on IHE technology as strategy of updating PACS and integrating PACS into HIS.
